Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-agent multi-objective optimization method capable of applying a rescheduling method based on a plasticity mechanism. The multi-agent multi-objective optimization method comprises the following steps that: firstly, carrying out sequential encoding on all agents, taking the agents as a population gene initialization population, and establishing a workflow model according to the completion sequence of individuals, wherein the population individuals are scheduling schemes which aim at all agents; then, applying the rescheduling method based on the plasticity mechanism to solve the workflow model to obtain an optimal strategy model; then, applying an improved NSGA III (Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm, the Third Version) optimization algorithm to carry outmulti-objective optimization processing to solve a Pareto solution set and a target solution set, determining an optimal element in the target solution set, and selecting a corresponding scheduling strategy in the Pareto solution set; and finally, according to the scheduling strategy selected in the previous step, scheduling multiple agents to execute a task, i.e., finishing multi-objective optimization. By use of the method, the multi-objective optimization can be effectively realized, and an optimization effect is good. The HV (HyperVolume) value of the algorithm is greater than or equal to0.450643, and the IGD (Inverted Generational Distance) value of the algorithm is less than or equal to 0.229190.
