The information configuration apparatus includes: generating first configuration information, wherein the first configuration information is used to indicate a time-frequency location of a synchronous broadcast block SSB corresponding to a common control resource set CORESET of the current remaining system information RMSI; and sending the first configuration information touser equipment UE.
