The invention provides a lighting control system and method, and a lighting device. The system comprises a plurality of lighting nodes communicated with each other and wireless main control devices. One wireless main control device, a driving device connected with the wireless main control device, and at least one illuminating unit controlled by the driving device are arranged in each lighting node. Each wireless main control device is used for detecting current environment brightness when detecting user existence in a specified range of one lighting node to which the wireless main control device belongs, defining a lighting scene for the lighting node, adjusting the output parameter of the driving device of the lighting node based on the brightness and the lighting scene defined currentlyfor the lighting node, controlling the lighting brightness of the lighting unit, and sending an on instruction to other lighting nodes of the lighting control system. Besides, the wireless main control devices are also used for receiving on instructions sent by other lighting nodes of the lighting control system and adjusting lighting brightness of the lighting nodes to which the wireless main control devices belong. With the lighting control system, lighting control becomes flexibly and accurate; and energy is saved.
