Problems solved by technology

Under such circumstances, the demand for a photoreceptor with little change in image characteristics or electrical characteristics due to repeated use or changes in the use environment (room temperature and environment) has increased significantly, and conventional technologies have become unable to fully meet these requirements at the same time.
In particular, it is necessary to solve the problem of decrease in printing density caused by fluctuations in the potential of the photoreceptor in a low-temperature environment

Abstract

Provided are: a photosensitive body for electrophotography, which enables the achievement of a stable print density even in a low temperature environment by suppressing decrease in the print density caused by potential variation of a photosensitive body in a low temperature environment; a method for producing this photosensitive body for electrophotography; and an electrophotographic apparatus. Aphotosensitive body for electrophotography, which comprises a conductive base 1 and a photosensitive layer 3 that is provided on the conductive base. The photosensitive layer 3 contains, as a charge generating material, a substance that is selected from the group consisting of titanyl phthalocyanine, a metal-free phthalocyanine, chlorogallium phthalocyanine and hydroxygallium phthalocyanine, whilecontaining, as an electron transport material, a naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimide compound represented by general formula (1). (In the formula, each of R1 and R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms, an alkylene group, an alkoxy group, an alkyl ester group, an optionally substituted phenyl group, an optionally substituted naphthyl group or a halogen element;and R1 and R2 may be the same as or different from each other.)

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a photoreceptor for electrophotography (hereinafter also simply referred to as "photoreceptor") used in electrophotographic printers, copiers, facsimile machines, etc., a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrophotographic device. A photoreceptor for electrophotography capable of stably realizing excellent electrical characteristics by transporting a material, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrophotographic device. Background technique [0002] A photoreceptor for electrophotography has a basic structure in which a photosensitive layer having a photoconductive function is provided on a conductive substrate. In recent years, due to the diversity of materials, high productivity, safety, etc., organic electrophotographic photoreceptors using organic compounds as components responsible for generating or transporting charges have become increasingly popular due to the diversity of materials and high productiv...
