Abstract

An alternating-current permanent-magnet servo-motor direct-driven spiral extrusion device is disclosed. A lead screw nut pair, internal and external spline slip pairs and one alternating-current permanent-magnet servo motor are integrated. An alternating-current permanent-magnet synchronous motor is taken as a driving motor. A motor rotor and an internal spline sleeve in the spline slip pairs aredesigned into one body. During the motion process of the motor rotor, the external spline segment of a shaft drives the shaft to rotate circumferentially. The screw thread segment of the shaft realizes the linear feeding motion of the shaft through the lead screw nut pair so that an extrusion tool installed on a shaft end portion realizes spiral feeding motion. The spiral feeding extrusion speed of the shaft end portion and moment control can be realized through controlling the output of the alternating-current permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The device is a ''zero-transmission''direct-driven device without a middle transmission component and has advantages that the structure is simple, transmission efficiency is high, the device is easy to control and so on.
