The device comprises a cofferdam body, a first pipe body and a second pipe body, wherein the first pipe body and the second pipe body are directly or indirectly connected to the cofferdam body; the first pipe body is of a circular pipe structure; the second pipe bodyis a circular pipe which is axially equipped with an opening; the inside diameter of the first pipeline is less than that of the second pipeline and is more than the width of the opening; and the axial direction of the first pipe body is parallel to the axial direction of the second pipe body. The interlock structure for the cofferdam comprises at least two interlock devices for the cofferdam; thefirst pipe body of one interlock device for the cofferdam can be sleeved with the second pipe body of another interlock device for the cofferdam to form an interlocking connecting structure during constructing the cofferdam.
