After wind power plant access, a system node voltage equation is corrected and shrunk; external characteristics, representing the low voltage ride-through performance, of the wind power plant power and position information of a connected multi-machine systemof the wind power plant are reflected to electrical connection of synchronous machines; on the basis of a node power equation, a relationship of the influence on the equivalent mechanical power of the system by a wind power plant access position and a transient output characteristic is deduced; and a rule beneficial to the transient power angle of the multi-machine system is obtained based on thechanging of the equivalent mechanical power and thus a wind power plant access position and a reasonable configuration plan of the corresponding low-voltage protection measure are provided based on the rule.
