Problems solved by technology

[0005] The existing research on eddy current stress detection is limited to the detection of unidirectional stress and strain, and there is a lack of eddy current sensors that can detect stress and strain in metal structures under plane stress state when the principal stress direction is known.

Embodiment Construction

[0033] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0034] The invention provides an L-shaped meandering excitation type eddy current sensor for detecting stress and strain, and the eddy current sensor includes a printed circuit board and a coil group on the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board can choose a flat printed circuit board or a flexible printed circuit board.

[0035] The coil set includes an excitation coil and a detection coil, and an alternating current is connected to the excitation coil to induce an eddy current on the structure under test.

[0036] Specifically, the coil set includes:

[0037] (1) Use the "L" type excitation coil wound by wire. The wire is reciprocally wound along an "L" shape to form a meandering unit. The L-shaped meandering unit has two convex parts perpendicular to each other. A plurality of L-shaped meandering units are connected in ...

Abstract

The invention provides an L-shaped zigzag excitation-type eddy current sensor and a coil winding method thereof. The L-shaped zigzag excitation-type eddy current sensor comprises a printed circuit board and a coil assembly printed on the printed circuit board, wherein the coil assembly comprises an excitation coil wound into the shape of the letter L, and two sets of detection coils; the excitation coil comprises a zigzag polyline wound into the shape of the letter L and consisting of at least one zigzag unit; after the zigzag polyline wound into the shape of the letter L, a convex part area is formed in each of the upper side and the right side respectively; the two sets of detection coils are wound on the two L-shaped convex parts; each set of detection coil is wound into a gap of the atleast one zigzag unit. The stress and the strain in various metal components in a plane stress state can be detected relatively conveniently and in a non-contact manner under the condition that onlyone sensor is used.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of non-destructive testing, and relates to an L-shaped meander excitation eddy current sensor for detecting the stress and strain of two mutually perpendicular principal stress directions in a metal structure under a plane stress state with known principal stress directions. Background technique [0002] The vast majority of mechanical structures are made of metal materials. Effective detection of the stress state of these metal structures is of great significance for understanding their service status and evaluating their remaining life. [0003] At present, the common methods used to detect the stress state in metal structures include strain gauge method, X-ray method, ultrasonic method and magnetic method. Among these methods, the strain gauge method requires contact measurement; the X-ray method is expensive and has radiation hazards, and is only suitable for laboratory testing; the ultrasonic method req...
