The water temperature display and control method comprises the following steps of: enablinga hot water supply hole of the water heater to communicate with a cold water supply hole of the water heater to form a water outlet; obtaining water temperature information of the water outlet, and displaying the water temperature information; while determining that the water temperature of the water outlet is higher than a first preset temperature, reducing water flow of the hot water supply hole or increasing water flow of the cold water supply hole of the water heater; while determining that the water temperature of the water outlet is lower than the first preset temperature, increasing water flow of the hot water supply hole or reducing water flow of the cold water supply hole; and while determining that the water temperature of the water outlet reaches the first preset temperature, keeping the current water flow of the hot water supply hole and the cold water supply hole unchanged.
