water recovery device and method for circulating water systems and
flue gas systems of thermal power plants, relates to the field of
water recovery technologies for
coal-fired power plants, and comprises a high-temperature and high-
humidity air source, an
absorption heat pump, a condensate tank and a
heat exchanger. The high-temperature and high-
humidity air source is used for generating
water vapor from at least one of the circulating water
system and the
flue gas
system of the thermal power
plant. The high-temperature side inlet of the
absorption heat pump is connected with the high-temperature and high-
humidity air source, the high-temperature side outlet of the
absorption heat pump is connected with the condensate tank, and the low-temperature side circulating working medium of the absorption
heat pump can exchange heat with the high-temperature side
water vapor of the absorption
heat pump. The heat exchange water of the heat exchange pipeline of the
heat exchanger can exchange heat with the low-temperature side circulating working medium of the absorption
heat pump, and the outlet of the heat exchange pipeline of the
heat exchanger is connected with an external heat utilization device to supply heat to the outside. The application can deeply couple the
water vapor discharged from the circulating water
system and the
flue gas system, realize efficient condensation
recovery of the water vapor and grade improvement and reuse of the
waste heat, and achieve remarkable
water saving and energy saving effects.
