According to the robot arm convenient to dissemble and replace, the connecting piece is arranged and is fixed to the main arm in a clamping manner through the force of second reset springs and the first reset springs,which is applied to the clump weight and clamps; the connecting piece and the main arm are in threaded connection for reinforced treatment by the thread caps and a thread spindle in a fixation process; and the fixation manner of clamping not only facilitates the disassembly and replacement of the mechanical arm, but also can effectively reduce the vibration generated in the operation process of the mechanical arm and improves the working accuracy of the mechanical arm.
