Performing AC safety check calculation on the power output plan parameter obtained by DC power flow constraint calculation is quicker than directly using AC power flow constraint calculation. Therefore, the method provided by the present invention takes account of solution accuracy and calculation speed, and more satisfies thepower spot market clearing optimization required by the actual engineering application than the prior art.
