When the identifying code which is read by the microprocessor through the reader matches a random set of verifying code in the solid identifying code, an on control signal is output to the switch circuit, and the connector and the charging power acquiring end form a charging loop. Because the charging device can automatically read the identifying code for charging through controlling in connection witha mobile phone, carrying or purchasing of a charger by a user for charging is prevented, and purchasing cost of the user or low convenience in carrying is reduced.
