The method comprises the steps of innovation method resource space construction and innovation method flexible template configuration and instantiation, wherein innovation methods are analyzed through data mining and natural language processing, an innovation method resource space is obtained, and then a proposed multiple-innovation-method integration and fusion model and an innovation method clustering algorithm are utilized to construct a multiple-innovation-method flexible template; and when an enterprise encounters a specific problem, the problem is analyzed, and a solution to the problem is obtained by aid of a state transfer model based on innovation activity triggering andan innovation method recommendation algorithm. According to the method, by performing comprehensive analysis on a large amount of professional text data, the defect of strong subjectivity existing ininnovation method application is avoided; and by aid of the scientific model, the integration and fusion application process of multiple innovation methods is more scientific, the situations of missing use and mistaken use of the innovation methods by the enterprise are reduced, and the innovation ability of the enterprise is improved.
