The storage battery pack comprises single batteries; the management system comprises a battery sampling box, a voltage sensor, a current hall sensor and a temperature sensor which are connected with the battery pack as well as a battery management systemcontroller connected with the battery sampling box, wherein the voltage sensor, the current hall sensor and the temperature sensor are connected with the battery management system controller; the battery management system controller is used for supplying power to the sampling box and the current hall sensor and receiving data of the battery sampling box, the voltage sensor, the current hall sensor and the temperature sensor; the system also comprises a ground server connected with the battery management system controller and used for acquiring surplus capacity of the storage battery pack.
