The invention provides a steel pipe grouting connector and a grouted steel pipe connecting method, and belongs to the field of tunnel and underground engineering construction. The steel pipe groutingconnector comprises an expansion joint pipe, a sleeve pipe and a sliding positioning part; the sleeve pipe is arranged on the outer side of the expansion joint pipe in a sleeving mode and slidably connected with the expansion joint pipe, an expanding port is arranged on the outer side of one end of the expansion joint pipe, the other end of the expansion joint pipe is provided with the sliding positioning part used for being connected with the sleeve pipe in an abutting mode, and the sliding positioning part is slidably connected with the expansion joint pipe; and a sealing ring connected withthe inner wall of a grouted steel pipe in a sealing mode is annularly arranged at the end, far away from the sliding positioning part, of the sleeve pipe. According to the grouted steel pipe connecting method, connection between the grouted steel pipe and a grouting machine is achieved through the steel pipe grouting connector. Therefore, the grouted pipe connecting working environment can be improved, the installing progress is accelerated, power utilization potential safety hazards of welding operation in a humid environment are avoided, the construction cost is reduced to a large limit through the improved connector, and the economic benefit is obvious.
