The distributed microphone array multi-sound-source positioning system in a reverberation room is characterized by comprising a microphone array consisting of M microphones and a positioning system, wherein a plurality of instructions are stored in the positioning; the instructions are loaded by a processor and restores a block sparse signal by an observation signal X received by M microphones and a compressed observation matrix; and the sparse support set of the block sparse signal S in the space-frequency domaincorresponds to the number and the positions of actual sound sources.
