The invention discloses a LTCC band-pass filter, comprising a base body, an input end electrode, an output end electrode, a grounding end electrode and an internal circuit. The internal circuit comprises three parallel resonators, three coupling inductors, two connecting capacitors and a source-load coupling capacitor, and also comprises three grounding polar plates, and one grounding polar plateadopts a defected ground structure. Conductors of the inductors and the capacitor elements are printed on the surface of LTCC raw porcelain, and a filter is manufactured through the processes of punching, hole filling, screen printing, laminating and sintering. An internal circuit adopts an LTCC vertical interconnection structure, an inductor adopts a double-layer laminated structure, a capacitoradopts an MIM type capacitor, and the inductor and the capacitor are connected through a vertical through hole. The band-pass filter is small in size, low in production cost, capable of being producedin batches, high in performance reliability due to the fact that the passband reaches 1GHz, the in-band insertion loss is small, three transmission zero points are introduced, out-of-band rejection is high, and the low-stop-band sideband is steep, and a mirror symmetry structure is adopted.
