Abstract

The invention discloses a helicopter electric tail speed reducer test bench. An electric tail speed reducer comprises a motor and a speed reducer integrated together. The test bench comprises a radialloading device, an axial loading device, a torque loading device, a rotational speed measuring device, a lifting mechanism and a control device. The lifting mechanism drives a lifting frame to rise and fall. The radial loading device includes a radial loading bearing, a radial loading plate, a radial loading rod and a pressure sensor. The axial loading device comprises an axial loading bearing, and a fixed plate and a movable plate arranged on the left and right sides respectively. The torque loading device comprises a magnetic particle brake, wherein an input end of the magnetic particle brake is connected with a second measuring shaft, and a load torque is applied to the second measuring shaft through the magnetic particle brake. The rotational speed measuring device comprises a rotational speed measuring instrument, which measures the motor rotational speed of the electric tail reducer. The advantages of the invention are that the test bench can simulate real working conditions ofa helicopter electric tail reducer and test performance parameters of a motor.
