According to the position fixation device provided by the invention, on the basis of cooperation between the bed board provided with the inserting holes and U-shaped pedal rods and the limiting rods, a good assisted fixation effect can be achieved on keeping a lateral position in a hip joint surgery and on leg buckling in a knee joint surgery, so that the quantity of surgery assistants is reduced, labor intensity of the surgery assistants is reduced and a problem of errors in the hip joint and knee joint surgeries is relieved; meanwhile, an operating space of surgeons is widened; the device is simple in structure and convenient to operate; and two functionsof conducting the hip joint and knee joint surgeries on a same board can be achieved.
