Abstract

The invention discloses a high-precision hydraulic buffer and an actuator dynamic and static test platform. A marble test bench, a guide rail sliding block connection plate A, a stator, a mover, a guide rail sliding block and a grating ruler are comprised; the left side of the marble test bench is provided with a voice coil motor; and the voice coil motor includes a stator and a mover. One end ofthe mover is provided with a mover connecting plate, and a side wall of the mover connecting plate is provided with a sliding block connecting plate. The two sides of a tested component are respectively connected by ball joints. The left side of the tested component is connected with the guide rail sliding block connecting plate A. The right side of the tested component is connected with a guide rail sliding block connecting plate B. The guide rail sliding block connecting plate B is connected with a pulling pressure sensor connecting piece. A pulling pressure sensor is connected with a load guide rail connecting plate installed on the left side of a load. The system of the invention adopts the voice coil motor as a servo driving device, and uses the grating ruler to test the relative displacement of the tested component. The invention is applied to dynamic and static testing of the buffer and the actuator, and can conveniently and quickly adjust the load form during testing, thus improving the convenience of testing and reducing the cost of testing.
