Abstract

The method includes the following steps: after receiving a service request sent by UE (User Equipment), a first ES (Earth Station) sends the service request and the address identifiers of the first ES and a second ES to an LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite if judging that the service data requested by the UE is cached in the second ES; the LEO satellite sends the service request, the address identifiers of the first ES and the second ES and the identifier of the LEO satellite to a ground controller through a GEO (Geostationary Earth Orbit) satellite; and the ground controller determines the routing path of the service data according to the network information and the parameter information in the service request, the starting LEO satellite in the routing path sends a request to the second ES and receives the service data returned by the second ES, and the service data is sent to the UE after pipeline processing in the P4 switches of LEO satellites in the routing path.
