The invention discloses a reusable ultrasonic scalpel, which comprises a shell, a handle, a scalpel bar component, universal wheels and a moving mechanism, wherein the scalpel bar component runs through the shell; the handle is partially located in the shell and is connected to the scalpel bar component; the universal wheels sleeve the scalpel bar component; the scalpel bar component comprises a core scalpel bar, an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve; the core scalpel bar runs through the inner sleeve; the outer sleeve sleeves outside the inner sleeve; the core scalpel rod is fixed to the handlein an axial direction and gets into limiting connection to the outer sleeve by virtue of a shaft pin in a radial direction; the moving mechanism is arranged in the shell and is connected to the innersleeve; notches are formed in the ends, facing the outer sleeve, of the universal wheels; silica gel plugs are arranged in the notches; a cleaning notch is formed in a connecting portion; and the cleaning notch is sealed by the silica gel plug.
