The welding ring (4) sleeves the periphery of the connecting pipe (3), and a gap is formed between at least a part of the inner peripheral wall of the welding ring (4) andthe outer peripheral wall of the connecting pipe (3) along the circumferential direction; or the welding ring (4) sleeves the periphery of the valve seat (2), and a gap is formed between at least a part of the inner peripheral wall of the welding ring (4) and the outer peripheral wall of the valve seat (2) along the circumferential direction.
