Abstract

The invention discloses a data processing method and system for an absolute photoelectric axis angle encoder. The method comprises the steps of converting a current signal into a voltage signal through a current-limiting resistor for an original signal of the encoder; dividing the original signal into a precision code signal and a coarse code signal; enabling the precision code signal and the coarse code signal to directly enter a CPU with an AD converter; and measuring the amplitude values of the precision code signal and the coarse code signal through the CPU, performing calculation to obtain a precision code subdivision value and a coarse code binary angle of the encoder, finally performing conversion to obtain an angle value of the encoder and performing output. According to the data processing method provided by the invention, an amplifier, a comparator and a latch are not used, namely, the amplifier, the comparator and the latch are removed on the basis of a traditional data processing system in the data processing system provided by the invention, so that the circuit size of the data processing system is greatly reduced and the cost is saved.
