Abstract

The invention provides a recycling process for preparing taurine through ammonolysis of sodium hydroxyethanesulfonate. Through the process, solid wastes which are sodium sulfate and active carbon residues generated in the process of preparing taurine products through ammonolysis of sodium hydroxyethanesulfonate are comprehensively utilized and prepared into the solid wastes into sodium silicate products and recycled sodium hydrogen sulfite; acid-containing wastewater generated in a process of producing liquid wastes which are ammonia-containing wastewater and sodium hydrogen sulfite is neutralized and is subsequently used for producing sodium silicate; the unstructured gases generated in processes of producing, cooling and melting sodium silicate are introduced into an ammonolysis system through an induced draft fan for preparing ammonia absorption liquid or a hydroxylation reaction process. Through the process, the problem of pollution caused by three wastes in the production processof taurine is solved; zero emission of the process is achieved; the whole process is fundamentally recycled.
