The invention relates to a method for removing volatile flux from synthetic-rubber. The method adopts a twin-screw exhaust extruder which has five vacuum exhausting chambers and each air outlet thereof is connected with a vacuum pump, wherein, the five vacuum exhausting chambers are a rear exhaust area, a No.2 exhaust area, a No.3 exhaust area, a No. 4 exhaust area, and a No. 5 exhaust area in sequence. A glue solution intake is arranged between the rear exhaust area and the No.2 exhaust area, a twin-screw solid transmitter is connected with the air outlet of the No. 4 exhaust area and the air outlet of the No. 5 exhaust area; removal of the volatile flux is carried out under vacuum condition, firstly, a glue solution is squeezed into the rear exhaust area by a screw in a negative direction, 30 percent to 50 percent of the volatile flux is removed in the rear exhaust area, then the glue solution enters into the No.2 exhaust area, the No.3 exhaust area, the No. 4 exhaust area, and the No. 5 exhaust area in positive direction, processing temperature is controlled at 70 DEG C to 140 DEG C, and temperature of each area of the twin-screw exhaust extruder is controlled in subsection; vacuum degree is controlled at minus 0.02MPa to 0.08MPa, and the vacuum degree of each area is controlled in subsection; the recovery ration of dry glue after the removal of the volatile flux of the glue solution is 100 percent and the recovery ration of solvent is over 96 percent.
