The machine is characterized in that the driving mechanism consists of a lifting motor, a base plate, a top plate, two transverse polish rods and two longitudinal polish rods; moving plates are arranged on the two transverse polish rods; the longitudinal polish rods are fixed on the moving plates; the top plate is fixed on the two longitudinal polish rods by a slide sleeve; the picking mechanism consists of a rotating motor, a negative-pressure pump, an outer gear ring and rubber absorption sleeves; a center gear is fixed on an output shaft of the rotating motor; multipleplanet gears engaged with the outer gear ring are arranged at the outer periphery of the center gear; and multiple rubber absorption sleeves are arranged on the outer gear ring.
