Embodiment 1

[0047] 1. Formulation of soil covering materials

[0048]

[0049]

[0050] Among them, the source of each component is as follows.

[0051] Peat fermentation: Sprinkle water and pre-wet to build a pile, keep the water content of peat in the pile at 50% to 75%, and the temperature and humidity at the center of the pile at 40°C to 45°C, and ferment for 30 days. Cultivate beneficial bacteria to multiply rapidly, greatly increase the number of beneficial bacteria, make the bacteria a dominant flora, inhibit the reproduction of green mold, reduce the number of mold, and play a role in preventing and controlling green mold.

[0052] Soil selection: the red loam is taken from a soil field that is more than 3 kilometers to 5 kilometers away from the cultivation plant area and in the direction of the upwind of the plant area; remove the 50cm thick surface layer and the cultivation layer, and take the deep soil below the surface 50cm;

Abstract

The invention provides a soil covering method for cultivating boletus aereus. The method is characterized in that when boletus aereus mycelia are covered with soil and cultured, used soil covering materials comprises, 0.05m<3>-1.5m<3> of grass carbon, 0.05m<3>-1.5m<3> of red soil, 100mL-500mL of pseudomonas annular liquid, 100mL-500mL of bacillus foecalis alkaligenes and 100mL-500mL of pseudomonasputida solution, and pH (potential of hydrogen) of the materials is 4.0-5.0. The method can fundamentally solve the problem of pollution of the soil covering materials at a fruiting period when the boletus aereus is cultivated and has the functions of remarkably accelerating growing and fruiting of the boletus aereus mycelia, preventing and controlling mold contamination, fruiting in advance andincreasing the number of fruiting buds and the weight of fruit bodies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of mushroom cultivation, in particular to a soil-covering method for cultivating black boletus. Background technique [0002] Black boletus (Phlebopus portentosus), also known as dark brown reticulate boletus, is a precious tropical facultative mycorrhizal edible fungus, distributed in Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and my country's Yunnan, Guangxi and Hainan and other places. Black boletus is fresh and tender in quality, delicious in taste, rich in nutritional value, high in protein and low in fat, rich in 17 kinds of essential amino acids and mineral elements necessary for human body such as phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. Good health food and has good medicinal value, deeply loved by consumers. However, the amount of natural picking is very small, which cannot meet the market demand. Black boletus is also one of the few boletus edible fung...
