Abstract

The invention discloses a catalyst based on a platinum oxide alloy loaded boron and nitrogen doped diamond as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps of dissolving a platinum metal salt and a non-noble metal salt in distilled water, then adding a boron and nitrogen doped diamond, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion liquid; and adding the obtained dispersion liquid into a hydrothermal kettle to carry out a hydrothermal reaction, cooling to a room temperature, then standing, depositing, washing a deposit with water and ethanol, and vacuum-drying to obtain a product. According to the catalyst prepared by the preparation method, the use level of platinum is low; further, a non-noble metal is alsoused as a catalytic active component; the synergistic catalytic action is formed by the combination of a platinum oxide alloy and the boron doped diamond; the electronic structures of the platinum oxide alloy and the boron doped diamond are effectively regulated and optimized; thus, the production of ozone is more facilitated; the catalyst has high electrocatalytic activity and ultrahigh stability; the ozone generating current efficiency of an anode of an electrolytic ozone generator is obviously improved; and through being proven, the catalyst provided by the invention has the performance, inthe electrolysis of water to catalytically produce ozone, superior to that of lead dioxide, and has a wide application prospect.
