Abstract

A method of antenna control for multiple-input multiple-output communication for an electronic device having at least two antennas is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: performing wireless communication with a remote device by the electronic device by means of a first antenna and a second antenna; establishing a plurality of communication representations according to the plurality of first radiation states of the first antenna and the plurality of second radiation states of the second antenna; substracting the absolute value of the received signal strength indication of the first antenna from the absolute value of the received signal strength indication of the second antenna for each communication performance to obtain an absolute value difference; and selecting, among the communication representations, a communication representation having a minimum absolute value difference as an optimized multiple-input multiple-output communication. The method of the invention canachieve the effect of improving the data transmission rate.
