The structure comprises a high-rise structure; a secondarystructure is arranged inside the high-rise structure and includes structural columns and waist beams; the structural columns are arranged in the high-rise structure vertically and the waist beams arearranged in the high-rise structure horizontally; and the structural columns and the waist beams are connected. The structural columns and the waist beams divide the high-rise structure into all independent masonry units. Compared with the prior art, the structure has the following advantages that: the traditional masonry project is broken up into parts by using the advanced-construction secondary structure to form all independent masonry units; adding of a rear outer rack wall-connecting member is carried out by using the completed secondary structure, so that setting of a connecting point in the wall is reduced and a post-stage wall water leakage problem is solved; and the structure is operated conveniently and the construction period is reduced, and the rear wall-connecting member canbe used repeatedly.
