Abstract

The invention provides a mud sampler, and belongs to the field of underwater sampling equipment. The mud sampler comprises a supporting frame, counterweight devices, a driving device, a linkage mechanism and a grabbing mechanism, wherein the supporting frame is set into a quadrangular pyramid structure; connecting rods are arranged on at least four corners of the bottom of the supporting frame; the counterweight devices are connected with the connecting rods; a connecting bracket is arranged on the supporting frame; the grabbing mechanism is hinged to the connecting bracket through a rotatingshaft; the driving device can control opening or closing of the grabbing mechanism through the linkage mechanism. The supporting frame adopts the quadrangular pyramid structure, so that influence of an underwater undercurrent can be reduced; the counterweight devices are arrange at the bottom of the supporting frame, so that the weight distribution of the whole mud sampler is dispersed, the overall stability can be greatly enhanced, and the mud sampler can be guaranteed to be vertically lowered to the water bottom; the driving device can control opening or closing of the grabbing mechanism through the linkage mechanism, so that the working difficulty and the working intensity of an operator are reduced and semi-automatic mud sampling operation in a water area with certain depth is achieved.
