Abstract

The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring the vibration data by mounting a vibration sensor on a tank body of the washing machine, sufficiently studying physical characteristics of the vibration data in the dehydration stage of the washing machine, specific to different characteristics of an ascent control curve of the vibration data as well as a free attenuation stage, extracting the rotating speed corresponding to the vibration data by adopting an algorithm that the AMDF and differential threshold stage treatment are combined, judging and cutting arotating speed curve corresponding to the vibration data too low in energy in the vibration data in a rotating speed ascent stage and in the vibration data in a rotating speed attenuation stage, integrating the vibration data in three stages and correcting singular points, thus a final rotating speed curve of the vibration data in the dehydration stage is obtained.
