The experiment device comprises a base, wherein a water tank is fixedly arranged at a top end of the base, vertical racks are fixedly arranged at a bottom end of an inner wall of the water tank, a permeation box is fixedly arranged at top ends of the vertical racks, geotechnical cloth placement racks are fixedly arranged at a bottom end of an inner wall of the permeation box, rubbersealing rings are embedded to top ends of the geotechnical cloth placement racks, fixed devices are arranged at two sides of the geotechnical cloth placement racks, grooves are formed in the fixed devices and are corresponding to the rubber sealing rings, a current limiting cylinder is fixedly arranged between the two fixed devices, a through hole is formed in a bottom end of the current limitingcylinder, a water inlet pipe communicates with a top end of the current limiting cylinder, a seepage hole is formed in a bottom end of the permeation box, the other end of the water inlet pipe communicates with a water outlet end of a water pump, and a water inlet end of the water pump communicates with a water storage boxy.
