Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an amplitude adjustment method and a sound production device. The sound production device comprises a horn and a digital signal processor, wherein the horn comprises a detection device. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of detecting a current and a voltage of the detection device in real time by the digital signal processor, and calculating a resistance value of the detection device according to the current and the voltage; comparing the resistance value with a preset resistance value to obtain a comparison result; and adjusting a current output value and a voltage output value of the horn according to the comparison result. By the method, the resistance value of the detection device can be detected in real time; and by comparing the resistance value of the detection device with the preset resistance value and adjusting the current output value and the voltage output value of the horn, the amplitude of the horn is controlled not to exceed maximum amplitude, so that noise is prevented.
