Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for measuring the compactness of urban stereoscopic space. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a stereoscopic compactness measurement index; the urban space is divided into cubic meshes, and the urban three-dimensional spatial mesh with unit mesh is obtained. A city stereo compactness model is constructed according to the stereo compactness measurement index and the city stereo spatial grid. The volumes of the urban buildings in any two unit grids and the centroid distances of the unit grids corresponding to the urban buildings arecalculated respectively. A compactness index of urban stereoscopic space is calculated by using the urban stereoscopic compactness model according to the urban building volume and the centroid distance, and the larger the urban stereoscopic space compactness index is, the more compact the urban stereoscopic space is. The invention can more comprehensively and scientifically study the urban stereoscopic space form and realize the quantitative measurement of the compactness of the urban stereoscopic space form.
