Abstract

The invention provides a vector magnetic field stabilization system based on a SQUID (Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) three-axis magnetometer. The system comprises a SQUID three-axis magnetometer, a SQUID read-out module, a feedback module and a three-axis compensation coil, wherein the SQUID three-axis magnetometer is arranged in the three-axis compensation coil for detecting three axial magnetic fields; the SQUID read-out module reads out a signal detected by the SQUID three-axis magnetometer; the feedback module feeds back the detection signal of the SQUID three-axis magnetometer to the corresponding three-axis compensation coil; and the three-axis compensation coil generates a compensation magnetic field opposite to environment magnetic field fluctuation; and the SQUID three-axis magnetometer is correspondingly arranged with three axial directions of the three-axis compensation coil. By use of the system, the SQUID three-axis module is used as a magnetic detector to carry out magnetic field stabilization, a more comprehensive (total field and each vector field) magnetic field stabilization effect can be obtained, sensitivity is high, and bandwidth is high.
