Abstract

The invention discloses an I-shaped three-level soft switching circuit which comprises four switching devices in sequential serial connection, a second energy storing element, a first energy storing element, a first diode, a second diode, a first inductor and a capacitance part. Each switching device comprises a controlled switch tube and an antiparallel diode, and the first end of the first inductor is connected with the second end of the first energy storing element while the second end of the same is connected with an anode of the first diode; the capacitance part comprises a first capacitor with the first end connected with the second end of the first switching element and the second end connected with the second end of the second switching element and a second capacitor with the firstend connected with the first end of the third switching element and the second end connected with the first end of the fourth switching element; or the capacitance part comprises a target capacitor with the first end connected with the second end of the first switching element and the second end connected with the first end of the fourth switching element.
