The method comprises: monitoring and collecting bandwidth information of each equivalent path in each forwarding group; calculating, according to the bandwidth information, remaining bandwidth of each path, and determining a data stream to be migrated and a migration mode to form a policy route; and migrating, according to the policy route, the data stream to be migrated between equivalent paths. The traffic of multiple equivalent paths of aswitch is checked and analyzed in real time based on the programmable switch chip, the traffic of the multiple paths is dynamically adjusted according to the current traffic status, and the traffic onthe multiple paths is uniformly distributed to each equivalent path, so that the bandwidth utilization of the switch in the case of multiple equivalent paths is improved.
