Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic drive system of a traveling system of an engineering vehicle. The hydraulic drive system comprises a variable displacement pump connected with a power device, a variable displacement motor, and a displacement control loop, wherein the variable displacement pump is connected with a power device and is provided with a first port and a second port, and the first port and the second port are used for discharging return oil; the variable displacement motor is connected with a gearbox, and comprises a first oil inlet and outlet opening communicating with the firstport, and a second oil inlet and outlet opening communicating with the second port; the displacement control loop is used for controlling displacement of the variable displacement motor according tochange of the working load; an oil inlet of the displacement control loop is selectively connected with the first port and the second port; and an oil outlet of the displacement control loop is connected with a variable displacement mechanism of the variable displacement motor. The hydraulic drive system can shift a gear when the variable displacement motor gains power, and loaded gear shifting ofthe variable displacement motor is achieved. The invention further discloses the engineering vehicle comprising the hydraulic drive system.
