The method comprises: receiving a UL grant sent by a base station; and allocating, according to a transmission profile corresponding to a logical channel, an uplink resource indicated by the UL grant to the logical channel, the transmission profile corresponding to the logical channel being configured by the base station. In the embodiments of the present invention, by configuring the corresponding transmission profile for the logicalchannel, the uplink resource meeting the transmission profile of the logical channel can be preferentially configured for the logical channel, so as to better guarantee transmission of data on the logic channel, thereby meeting requirements of communication services.
