A constant-temperature and constant-humidity air conditioner, a circulation circuit thereof comprising an indoor unit heat exchanger (9) and an outdoor unit heat exchanger, and further comprising: an indoor unit housing (1), having an air inlet (3), an air outlet (2) and an air duct between the air outlet (2) and the air inlet (3), the indoor unit heat exchanger (9) being provided in the air duct; and a heat storage device (6), provided in the indoor unit housing (1), and comprising a heat storage portion for storing heat in a heating mode of the circulation circuit and a heat exchange portion for heat exchange with the heat storage portion, and the heat exchange portion being connected to a defrosting circuit of the outdoor unit heat exchanger. When the circulation circuit is in the heating mode, the heat storage device (6) is used to store a part of heat energy, and when the outdoor unit heat exchanger reaches a defrosting temperature point, the circulation circuit is closed, and the heat storage device (6) supplies the stored part of heat energy to the outdoor unit heat exchanger for defrosting, thereby achieving the purposes of energy saving and environmental protection.
