mildew preventive, 20-30 parts of hydrophobic agent, 1.5-15 parts of hydrophobic assistant, 20-30 parts of
propanediol, 15-20 parts of Texanol film forming aid, 145-155 parts of inorganic
pigment filler, 7-12 parts of NTB emission
powder, 65-75 parts of
ceramic powder, 45-55 parts of kaolin, 75-85 parts of hollow
glass microsphere and 185-215 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1, preparing materials; 2, preparing
slurry; and 3, adding fillers. The macromolecular
coating material has a good self-cleaning effect on both dust and oil stains on walls; in addition, the energy-saving coating material has excellent
reflectivity to visible light and
far infrared light, higher
thermal infrared emission ability, superior high-temperature stability, high strength, high
temperature resistance,
wear resistance and high
toughness and is easy for construction, and cost can be reduced.
