The two upper frames are big-shape and are set on both sides of the lower frame. The inner feet of the two upper frames are fixed on the two ends on the upper band of the lower frame. Their T-shape outer feet support to the lower frame and the two wind shield frames. The wind shields are parallel fixed on the wind shield frames appearing louver. Compared with the existing techniques, the invention has advantages of rational structure arrangement, long service life and good lighting capability.
