Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of photovoltaic module systems, and in particular relates to a connecting system of a photovoltaic tile double-glass photovoltaic module, the connecting system comprising photovoltaic tile modules, module border frames, medium pressure blocks, water guide tanks, and sealing strips. Each photovoltaic tile module is clamped in a mounting groove on the upper part ofeach corresponding module border frame. The A side of each module border frame is provided with a first groove, and the C side of each module border frame is provided with a second groove. The moduleborder frames in clamped connection with long edges of the two adjacent photovoltaic tile modules are connected by being clamped in the first grooves of the A side through the medium pressure blocksand by being clamped in the second grooves of the C side through the wide guide tanks, so that the photovoltaic tile modules are connected to be a whole body. The A side of each module border frame with the short edge clamped is in clamped connection with the sealing strips through the first groove and is fully covered, so a waterproof effect is achieved. The surface of each medium pressure blockis provided with a bolt and is connected to a connecting piece in each corresponding water guide tank, so a connection effect is improved and the fastening force can be adjusted. A support device is arranged on a base of each water guide tank, and the bonding surface after each support device is in clamped connection with the corresponding second groove is provided with sealing glue, so moisture penetration can be prevented through slits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of photovoltaic component systems, and in particular relates to a connection system for photovoltaic tile double-glass photovoltaic components. Background technique [0002] Solar energy, as a renewable green energy, has received extensive attention at home and abroad in recent years. As people pay more and more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection, the photovoltaic industry has gained more and more opportunities for development; among them, the penetration rate of rooftop photovoltaic power generation systems has increased rapidly in recent years, and its application scope is no longer limited to various public buildings. And special buildings, it has also been used in small residential buildings. The photovoltaic tile of the present invention replaces the original tiles of the roof through double-glass lamination and aluminum frame design, which not only has the functions of waterproof and ...
