The centralized monitoring device sends a virtuallocking remote signal point status to an isolating switch RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) through a GOOSE network, dispatches and sends an unlocking signal, and achieves directly unlocking in order that the RTU is not controlled by the locking signal, thereby greatly reducing the probability of maloperation.
