Abstract

The invention provides a hydraulic control testing device which comprises a water tank, a water pressure control system, a water pipe joint, an oil pressure control system and a hydraulic cylinder. The water tank comprises a tank body and a tank cover. The box cover is provided with one valve. The left transverse wall board of the tank body is provided with a water pipe joint which is communicatedwith the water pressure control system. At the left side in the longitudinal direction of the tank body, the inner part of a front wall board and the inner part of a back wall board are symmetricallyand fixedly connected with at least one pair of recessed troughs, wherein the trough openings face each other. A tail board is inserted between the trough openings. The middle part of the right transverse wall board of the housing is provided with a mounting hole. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder penetrates through the mounting hole from the right end outside the housing for entering thehousing, and furthermore the hydraulic cylinder is hermetically fixed to outer side of the right transverse wall board of the housing. The oil pressure control system controls movement of a piston andpressure in the hydraulic cylinder. The left end of the piston rod is movably connected with one pressure board. The hydraulic control testing device is used for performing durability testing on a reinforced concrete member in the conditions of saline-alkaline erosion and ballast multi-coupling effect.
