The system comprises a fresh air system which provides indoor fresh air which meets demands, a photovoltaic power generation system which provides electricity for the fresh air system and an optical thermal system which provides thermal energy for the fresh air system. The invention further discloses a controlling and computing method of the system. According to the system, traditional energies are replaced with solar energy, the needed electricity of the system is provided bythe photovoltaic power generating system except for extreme situations, the thermal energy is provided by the optical thermal system, and functions of experiment practical training teaching and researching developing can be achieved without external energy. Under the extreme situations, a spare power supply can be used for supplying electricity for the system; a simulation light source can be used by the system to achieve practical training teaching and researching developing. An ADRC is designed to achieve binary precise control; a system control method is related, indoor temperature is controlled to be within a higher precision range, and the demand of indoor higher thermal comfort level is met.
