The inter-band uplink carrier aggregation radio frequency circuitcomprises a radio frequency transceiver, a primary antenna, a first secondary antenna, a first front-end radio frequency module and a second front-end radio frequency module; and the radio frequency transceiver is connected with the primary antenna by the first front-end radio frequency module and is also connected with the first secondary antenna by the second front-end radio frequency module, afirst frequency band uplink signal transmitted by the radio frequency transceiver is transmitted to the primary antenna by the first front-end radio frequency module, and a second frequency band uplink signal transmitted by the radio frequency transceiver is transmitted to the first secondary antenna by the second front-end radio frequency module so as to implement carrier aggregation of the firstfrequency band uplink signal and the second frequency band uplink signal. The uplink signals on the corresponding frequency bands are transmitted to the primary antenna and the secondary antenna by different front-end radio frequency modules so a to implement inter-band uplink carrier aggregation; and by isolation of the primary and secondary antennas, harmonic interference in the inter-band uplink carrier aggregation process is reduced.
